Welcome to JMW Jewelry. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before completing your order.
All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of every piece being made to order, returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or wrong choice after the item has been shipped.
We Gladly Accept Returns In These Situations:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- You received a wrong item or something significantly different from the description
How to Make a Return:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos
- Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and condition
- We will inspect the item and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Final Sale Items: Sale, clearance, and custom-made jewelry are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Repair & Maintenance: Our quality assurance period is three years — please keep your receipt for maintenance requests. For items over three years old, a reasonable service fee applies. Buyers are responsible for shipping fees to Hong Kong. Items will be sent to Japan/Hong Kong for inspection and repair.
International Orders: All international customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes, which are non-refundable.
Disputes: In case of any disputes, JMW reserves the right of final decision.
