Shipping Information

For in-stock items, we will ship within 3 working days after payment confirmation. A tracking number will be sent via email to our customers.

Please note that since we sell our jewelry across multiple channels, items may become unavailable if sold out elsewhere. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

For pre-order items, please allow approximately 20-30 working days for preparation. We will notify our customers once the items are ready to ship.

Packaging Details

Jewelry will be carefully packed in a jewelry case, wrapped in bubble wrap, and placed in an outer carton box for shipping to ensure safe delivery.
