Shipping and Packing

For in-stock items, we will ship out within 3 working days after the payment is confirmed. Tracking number will be sent by e-mail to our customers.

Since we are selling our Jewelries in different channels, items may not be available if it is sold out in other channels, apologies in advance in this situation.

For Pre-order items, it takes about 20-30 working days to prepare, we will inform our customers once it is ready to ship. 

For the packing, Jewelry will be packed in a Jewelry case, wrapped with Bubble wrapping and an outer carton box for Shipping.
