Our Services:

• JMW mainly offers MTO - MAKE TO ORDER service. It takes 20-30 working days(Japan) for preparation, also, please prepare additional shipping time to your country. We do have some Ready to Ship items for your option, please refer to the in-stock of each item.
• Welcome to customizing your own jewelry: ring size, chain type, thickness & length, please contact our Customer service for more information. Also, it is possible to engrave your own company logo on the jewelry with extra charges.
• For reselling or Gift purpose, you may consider the option of Gems Identification Report card, a name card size certificate displaying Diamond carat size with gold material issued by Diamond Pro service Japan. We offer complimentary Gems Identification report cards for Heart and Cupid cut Diamond and Pink Diamond jewelries.

Points to note:

• Compared with other countries, our Japanese chains are fine and light in weight.
• For Safety's sake, we do not seal the clasp of necklaces and bracelets in case we accidentally pull them from the back to avoid serious injury.
• Our earrings provide Silicone catch with gold filling which are more secure than the traditional earrings catch.
